For over 20 years, Kathleen E. Smith has concentrated on helping businesses and individuals with a wide variety of legal services.  Having served as both a Deputy State's Attorney, and as a Public Defender, she has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the criminal and juvenile justice systems.  Kathleen Smith will personally assist you in navigating through the oftentimes confusing details of that system.  In addition, you will be treated as an individual, with a unique set of problems and needs.
